Orders will be shipped within 3–5 business days after checkout is successfully completed.
Please note that adding an item to the shopping cart does not constitute a completed purchase. If the checkout process is not completed and the item sells out, you will not be able to proceed with payment.
If you receive an incorrect item, a severely defective product, damaged goods, or encounter any other issues, and wish to request a return or exchange, please ensure that the outer packaging and the hangtag remain intact and unremoved. Within 7 days of receiving the item, please take photos of the defective part and capture a screenshot of the e-invoice or a photo of the order receipt.
Contact us via the official Enrich Design email (contact@enrich-design.co) to state the reason for the return or exchange.
Please do not send messages through Instagram, as messages may be lost. All return and exchange cases are processed strictly based on email correspondence.
Returned or exchanged items must remain in brand-new condition, with all accessories included, original packaging intact, and order information provided.
Note: Shipping fees paid at the time of ordering are the responsibility of the customer. For refunds, the outbound shipping fee will be deducted, meaning only the product amount will be refunded.
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for the following reasons:
Products damaged or contaminated due to human factors
Products with removed hangtags
Requests made more than 7 days after receiving the item
Products that have been washed, altered, or modified
Items specifically marked as “non-returnable and non-exchangeable”
Products with missing or damaged accessories
Products that have been used

White garments, pants, socks, and accessories considered personal hygiene items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once sold.
All products undergo manual quality inspection before shipment. As items are handmade, slight imperfections such as minor loose threads, exposed thread ends, or extremely small marks are not considered defects and are not within the scope of return/exchange acceptance.
Color variations due to individual perception, device display, lighting environment, or mood are normal. Please confirm thoroughly before placing an order.
Orders cannot be canceled after shipment. For returns or exchanges, please contact us following the instructions above.
For returned products, the final refund amount will be the product amount only. Shipping fees are not included in the refund. (This rule may be disregarded for orders that qualified for free shipping.)
