Shipping Policy
Orders will be shipped within 3–5 business days after the checkout process is successfully completed.
Please note that adding items to the shopping cart does not constitute a completed purchase. If checkout is not finalized and the item sells out, the order cannot be processed.
If you receive an incorrect item, severely defective product, damaged goods, or encounter any other issues, and wish to request a return or exchange, please ensure the outer packaging and hangtags remain intact and unremoved.
Within 7 days of receiving the item, please take photos of the defective part and capture a screenshot of the e-invoice or a photo of the order receipt.
Contact us via the official Enrich Design email (contact@enrich-design.co) and state the reason for the return or exchange.
Do not send messages through Instagram, as messages may be lost. All return/exchange requests must be processed via email.
Returned or exchanged products must remain in brand-new condition, with all accessories included, original packaging intact, and order information provided.
Note: Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are the responsibility of the customer. For refunds, the outbound shipping fee will be deducted, meaning only the product amount will be refunded.

Shipping Notes
Orders will be shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding the order date and public holidays).
Delivery time is Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.
During holidays, peak seasons, or unforeseen events such as natural disasters, shipments may experience delays.
For Home Delivery:
The actual delivery schedule will depend on the route arrangements of the delivery driver.
For Convenience Store Pickup:
Please pay attention to the pickup notification message and collect your package within 7 days of arrival.
Failure to pick up the package may result in additional shipping costs, which must be borne by the customer.
