Order Processing & Shipping
Orders will be shipped within 3–5 business days after checkout is completed.
Please note that adding items to the shopping cart does not constitute a completed purchase. If checkout is not finalized and the item sells out, you will not be able to complete the order.
Returns & Exchanges
If you receive an incorrect item, an item with severe defects, damage, or any other issue, please keep the original packaging and ensure the hangtag remains attached. Within 7 days of receiving the product, please photograph the defect and provide a screenshot of the e-invoice or an image of the order confirmation.
Contact us via the official Enrich Design email (contact@enrich-design.co) with the reason for return or exchange.
Please do not contact us via Instagram, as messages may be lost. All return and exchange cases will be processed strictly based on email communication.
Returned or exchanged items must remain unused, with all accessories included, original packaging intact, and order information provided.
Note: The shipping fee paid at checkout is borne by the customer. When issuing a refund, the outbound shipping fee will be deducted. Only the product amount will be refunded.
Returns & Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted for the Following Reasons:
Damaged or contaminated products caused by human factors
Products with removed hangtags
Requests made more than 7 days after receipt
Washed, altered, or modified products
Items marked as “non-returnable/non-exchangeable”
Items with missing or damaged accessories
Items that have been used
Additional Guidelines
White garments, pants, socks, and accessories classified as personal hygiene products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
All products undergo manual quality control before shipment. Minor imperfections such as loose threads, thread ends, or extremely small marks are not considered defects.
Product colors may vary due to lighting, display settings, personal perception, or environment. Such variations are normal. Please confirm thoroughly before placing an order.
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. For returns or exchanges, please follow the instructions above.
For returned merchandise, only the item amount will be refunded. Shipping fees are excluded. (If free shipping was applied, this rule does not apply.)
7-Day Inspection Period
You are entitled to a 7-day inspection period (including weekends) starting from the date the product arrives.
If you need to request a return, please contact customer service within 7 days and provide:
Name
Order number
Phone number
Product name
Reason for return with photos

Items have been opened, used, or damaged by human factors (stains, malfunctions, dents, scratches, abrasions, etc.)
Packaging, invoices, or accessories are incomplete
Returns are deemed malicious or excessively frequent

Prepare the complete product and invoice
Provide your available pickup time, contact details, and address
The store’s designated logistics partner will arrange collection
Refund Information
For credit card or mobile payment transactions:
Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued directly to the original payment method.
Exchange Policy
Exchanged products must be unused and free from damage or contamination caused by non-manufacturing factors.
If indicated, please keep the complete original packaging (including the outer box). Exchanges will not be accepted otherwise.
Exchange Procedure
If both parties agree to proceed with an exchange, please initiate a return for the original order and place a new order for the replacement item.
Any price differences will be invoiced or refunded accordingly. If there is no price difference, no additional processing is required.
