We also will not ask you to visit a bank counter or operate an ATM under any circumstances.
If you receive such a call or message, please remain vigilant and do not follow any instructions from unknown callers.
Should you have any concerns, please contact ENRICH DESIGN immediately or call the 165 Anti-Fraud Hotlineprovided by the National Police Agency for verification.
When receiving calls starting with symbols or codes such as “+”, “+2”, “+886”, or other unfamiliar numbers, please exercise caution.
Be aware that scammers may spoof caller IDs or impersonate companies, banks, or government agencies.
Do not click on suspicious links, accept unknown LINE friend requests, or open messages from unverified senders.
Common fraud methods include claiming issues such as “duplicate orders” or “incorrect installment settings” to deceive consumers and persuade them to operate online banking or ATMs.
If the content involves your bank account, please contact your bank directly.
If you are asked to operate accounts or provide personal information over the phone, please refuse immediately to reduce the risk of fraud.
For your security, please regularly update your passwords, strengthen password complexity (a mix of uppercase, lowercase letters, and numbers), and avoid entering account credentials on public computers.
